Despite having a bunch of exciting youngsters at their disposal, Crystal Palace struggled to make its presence felt in the 2018-19 season of the Premier League. The club stood 12th and won just 14 of the 38 games they played during the season. Seven games were drawn but as many as 17 defeats hit the club’s chances of ensuring a top 10 finish. This has been a major problem with the team in recent times. They get off to a promising start but end up squandering the advantage during the business end of the tournament.
Many of the club’s exciting prospects have left the Crystal Palace FC in search of greener pastures. Aaron-Wan-Bissaka’s name was the latest addition to the list of players who have left the club in search of greener pastures. Wan-Bissaka was roped in by Manchester United in a bid to bolster their defence lines. Aaron Wan-Bissaka is just one of the many players who leave the club in order to look for better opportunities. Such player exits hamper the club’s chances of ensuring a top-10 finish.
